A Private Event With Tory Burch

Last week, through our membership in the Junior League of Washington, Beth and I had the opportunity to attend a private event at the Tory Burch store in Georgetown. We both love Tory Burch shoes and accessories and jumped at the chance to peruse the store while sipping on some bubbly.

Little did we know, the TB Corporate Office had flown in for the event and organized a sneak peak fashion show! Beth and I pounced on some seats in the front row while a waiter promptly swapped our empty glasses with fresh champs. I honestly felt like Carrie Bradshaw at NY Fashion Week (which is on my bucket list).

While models walked the runway, one of Tory Burch's Designers described what inspired TB to create the pieces and what went into creating the beautiful items. I loved listening to his narration while admiring the clothes, shoes and handbags. His Italian accent just added to my "Carrie" experience. Here are a few of my favorite looks from the night:

At the end we were given a sneak peak to the 2015 Resort Collection.

When the fashion show ended, they gave us full rein of the store (which is gorgeous) to browse and shop. 10% of the  evening's proceeds were donated to the JLW which promotes literacy efforts throughout the DC area, and guests were given 10% off their items.

Making a big purchase wasn't in my budget at the moment, but I had a blast picking out fantastic items for my wish list.

Pierced T Hoops, Dixie CardiganCoyote Fur Muff (over the top and I love it), Marion Quilted Tote, Kira Envelope Cross Body (my favorite item), Keri Metallic Sandal, York Buckle Tote, and Reva Leopard Flats

Beth and I are still talking about how much fun we had and dazzling night!

What are you loving from Tory Burch this season?
