Valentine's Day Five...A Bit Late

The last two weeks have been a whirl wind. The day before Valentine's Day DC had a snowstorm causing work to be canceled. I love a good snow day, but it couldn't have come at a busier time. Since I was taking 3 days off from work the following week I needed all the time in the office I could get. Needless to say, I survived but the Valentine's Day post I wrote never got posted because of all of the craziness. So here it is!

Happy Valentine's Day Everyone! I am one of those people that loves Valentine's Day. It is a holiday catered to people like me: a lover of chocolates, flowers, wine, romance and all things pink and red. Josh and I are staying in this year and ordering from my new favorite restaurant a.k.a the Pizza Delivery place by his house. IT IS SOOOO GOOD! I crave it every second and am looking forward to it already. In an attempt to keep my mind off of gooey cheese and garlic bread sticks, I am posting a few pics from the week. I hope you all have a great day!
For book club last week we went Ice Skating and Beer tasting. The book was never discussed (per usual) and we had a great time. I fell shortly after this picture.  Definitely not ready for Sochi.
Although a snow day put me behind in all other walks of life, I did enjoy making a big breakfast...
...and exploring the aftermath of the Polar Vortex.
Fun mail is always way better than normal mail. I received two Valentine's this year! Hot diggity dog!
I am going out of town on Saturday. Josh sent me flowers on Tuesday so that I could enjoy them all week. He is the sweetest!
