Wedding Wednesday: I Got The Bling Bling

Yesterday, Josh and I went out to Tyson's after work. My engagement ring was too big, and by too big, I mean it falls off. I was excited to get it sized correctly, but sad about the part that I have to part with it for about a week :(
Walking into Tiffany & Co.

Tiffany's sells all of their engagement rings as a size 6, and they suggest that you get it sized after you propose so they can customize it to the person. Josh listened to their advice and I am so glad he did. He at first thought about ordering me a size 6.25 which is the size of my Aggie ring. However, that ring is always ready to fall off too. It turns out my wedding ring finger is only a 4.25! Wowza. I have been wearing all of my rings way too big.
Getting Sized

After saying goodbye to my ring, Josh and I celebrated with Mexican Food. Yummy Yummy!

Do you know your ring size?
I obviously did not, and it might be time to get my Aggie Ring re-sized soon too.

Tiffany's has so many sparkly pretty things, and I am ready pick up my ring stat!

Happy Wednesday!!!

  1. Ooh Tiffany's! That is awesome. I don't know my ring size. I do know that most standard rings fit me. I have huge knuckles though. I can't wait to see it when you get it back!

Thanks so much for linking up with us!

  2. My Aggie ring is a 6.25 and has fallen off before...opps! I never wear it if I know my hands are going to be wet. My wedding ring finger is a 5 but is quite a bit smaller than my right. Glad to know I'm not alone :)

  6. I don't even remember my ring size. I think it could also be a 4 and half, but really know idea. And isn't it how crazy how fast your finger feels naked without a rind? I remember my finger feeling so empty when my ring was resized, even though I only had it for a week or two at that point!

  7. Boo to parting with your ring but hooray for Tiffany's! I totally understand why you have that huge grin after seeing where you were. I imagine much self-restraint was practiced during your visits. ;) -Milagro @ Diamonds Direct
