Mini Reese's Individual Cheesecakes

This Tuesday was my coworker's birthday (it was also my BFF Vanessa's). In honor of LG's day of birth, I whipped up some individual cheesecakes for her and the rest of my coworkers. This recipe is adapted from one of my favorite blogs: Lauren's Latest but I doubled the recipe to feed a few more peeps and make larger cakes.

Mini Reese's Individual Cheesecakes

1 Cup Sugar
2 Packages of Cream
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
2 eggs
2 Tablespoons Flour
Mini Reese's

1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
2. In a mixer mix cream cheese, flour, and sugar until smooth. Then add vanilla and eggs.

3. Next add in all of the mini reese's.
4. While mixing, place an oreo inside a lined cupcake tin.

5. When candy is fully incorporated spoon mixture into tins.

6. Place tin in oven and bake for 20 minutes. Mine took exactly 20 minutes.

7. Once removed from the oven place cheesecakes in the fridge until serving and enjoy. My doubled recipe ended up making 18 cakes.

These were a cinch to make and definite crowd pleasers!

Happy Friday!
